Kaanapali Beach Properties, Inc. is a Real Estate Brokerage, licensed by the State of Hawaii. Our office is located in Kaanapali, on the island of Maui, right in front of Times Market, formerly Star Market, one of the largest supermarkets on Maui. Kaanapali Beach Properties, Inc. opened for business in 1998.

Kaanapali Beach Properties, Inc. is a full service real estate brokerage. We are licensed to sell real estate and we are ready to manage the property you own. Since we handle both sales and rentals, we can provide great insight on which properties are in the highest demand by visitors and would be good investments.

We specialize in providing vacation rentals in some of the finest resorts in the area. Our rates are significantly less than the front desk can offer. When you reserve one of our properties, you know exactly what you are going to get. The pictures of the interior of the condominium and those of the view are taken from the condominium. Only some of the beach, pool, and garden scenes may be stock photos.

We take exceptionally good care of our vacation rentals. Because of this, most of our owners have completely renovated their condos knowing that it will be in the same condition when they return as it was during their last visit.

THE TEAM:

Kenneth M. Rothman (call him Ken) is the Principal Broker and President of the corporation. Ken’s been living on Maui since 1977. Ken has been a licensed Realtor for 25 years. Over the past 25 years, Ken has been involved in real estate sales, management, and development.

Lorry A. Balagso is a Realtor Salesperson, and our Operations Manager. Lorry is our true Kama’aina, being born and raised in nearby Lahaina. Lorry has been in the hospitality business for over 20 years and has done an amazing job of keeping all of our clients smiling.

Diane D. Gordon is our Maui Vacation Specialist. Diane is originally from the desert and has been living on Maui for about 15 years. Diane has an amazing talent for finding the perfect property for our client’s vacations. Diane truly has the aloha spirit.

Beth L. Martinez is a Realtor Salesperson and handles much of our owner relations and part of our accounting. Beth has been in customer service for over 20 years and is an absolute pleasure to talk to. Her philosophy is to treat people like she wants to be treated and to do everything possible to make everyone’s vacation a success.

Richard Bourland is Realtor Salesperson and KBPI’s Project Manager for Honua Kai Resort and Spa. No one knows Honua Kai better than Richard. He is ready to help you fulfill your dreams whether it be for the perfect week on Maui or for ownership in Maui’s newest beachfront resort.

Robert “Bobby” Bryan is a Realtor Salesman and a full time part of our property management team. Bobby has over 20 years of real estate experience. Bobby is originally from the Pittsburgh area and an avid Steelers fan.

Lisa Taboada is the newest member of our vacation rental team. Lisa came to us with many years of office and bookkeeping experience. Lisa has been living on Maui for the past 6 years, originally from the California desert. Lisa is Diane Gordon’s daughter and a welcome addition to our staff.
