New Flights to Honolulu Via Delta Airlines

Following the airline industry during the holiday season has been much more exciting than you might expect. In the past few months, several major airlines have either announced new flights to Hawaii or have already begun service. There are so many airlines doing this, it has officially become difficult to keep track.
Delta Airlines Inc. announced that they will begin nonstop flights between Honolulu and Detroit as well as Honolulu and San Diego. These flights aren't scheduled to begin until June of next year, but the fact that the airline is confident enough to expand their services is very good to hear. In fact, based on all the new routes we're seeing, it's hard not to feel that the airline industry is bouncing back with a vengeance.
Delta is reinstating the flight between Honolulu and Detroit, which was cut in 2004. This clearly indicates an improvement in market conditions and the Delta's stability. As of now, Delta has 106 weekly flights between Hawaii and nine destinations worldwide.
