Travelocity Lists Maui for Affordable Vacation Rates

Whether you are a student or not, you may have heard of Travelocity's list of favorable spring break destinations. These are chosen for great airfare and accommodation rates, which apply to everyone, not just students.

Airfare to Kona on the Big Island was only down by one percent with accommodations down by only 6 percent, so Maui is definitely leading the charge on affordability. That's good news because Maui is famous for a reason. If you've never visited, perhaps now is a good time to find out why!

One of the most exciting aspects of these reports for us is that airfare is generally up right now, but in Maui's case, it's down from last year. Nine percent is a pretty significant chunk too.
